Our Team
Project lead Architect
Anchal graduated in 2018 from RIMT College of Architecture, Punjab, and began her professional career at AVE Architects in 2020. After taking a brief sabbatical for family, she rejoined the firm in January 2023. Current Projects and Contributions: Anchal is currently involved in a diverse range of architectural projects, including a multi-level single-family home in Punjab, residential and corporate developments, and a 10,000 sq. ft. developer's office. Her prior significant contributions include: Master planning for the Panchkula Housing Project Water conservation initiatives in Narkanda, Himachal Pradesh Completion of a sloped-roof house in Mohali Leadership Role: Anchal also leads the Efficiency and Software Team, where she ensures that the office stays on the cutting edge of technology and industry trends. This role reflects her commitment to innovation and enhancing team productivity. Personal Interests: A self-proclaimed hedonist, Anchal is passionate about travel and exploring new cultures, particularly through local cuisine. She enjoys sharing these experiences with her 2-year-old son, who is her partner in all her culinary adventures.
Senior Architect
Ar. Harpreet Kaur graduated in Architecture from Lovely Professional University, Punjab, and has since worked with several esteemed firms, gaining a wealth of experience in the field. Currently, she brings her expertise to AVE Planners as a Senior Architect. Professional Expertise: Harpreet is known for her warm, receptive personality and her ability to design spaces that are both comfortable and elegant. Her approach to simplifying complex design challenges has made a lasting impact on the firm, helping AVE Planners earn the trust and admiration of clients and peers alike. Personal Interests: While her passion for design drives her professional life, Harpreet also enjoys exploring the city and indulging in travel during her leisure time. These experiences inspire and refresh her creativity, adding a personal touch to her architectural vision.
Senior Architect
Ar. Raman graduated in Architecture from Lovely Professional University, Punjab, and has worked on a diverse range of projects with renowned firms, honing her expertise in the field. She currently serves as a Senior Architect at AVE Planners. Professional Approach: Raman is deeply committed to evolving design solutions that foster the creation of responsive ecosystems. She believes in addressing functional needs through thoughtful space planning, often using overlapping spaces, harmonizing elements, and a carefully curated material palette to create balanced, innovative designs. Passions and Creative Expression: Beyond architecture, Raman is passionate about graphics and art, with a particular interest in exploring culturally significant spaces. She enjoys expressing her design ideas through sketches and diagrams, which she believes help make complex concepts more accessible and understandable for others.
Project Manager
Er. Amrinder graduated in 2010 from Punjab Technical University (PTU) with a degree in Engineering, laying a solid foundation for his career in project management and construction. Role at AVE Planners: As a Turnkey Project Manager at AVE Planners, Er. Amrinder manages the end-to-end execution of projects, overseeing everything from initial planning and design to procurement, construction, and final delivery. His expertise lies in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
